More than 40,000 illegal alien criminals from 79 different countries are housed in federal prisons – costing taxpayers millions every year.
The International Prison Transfer program should help to alleviate the problem as it permits willing criminals to transfer back to their country’s prison system. That could be at least a partial solution, but the problem is that many countries simply refused to accept the transfers – and there are no enforcement measures within the treaty.

Figures!
If Mexico does not want them back then make them pay the money for us to house their problem criminals. Stop all trade with Mexico and let them figure out how to feed their own people without America’s financial help of any kind.
Then you dump them over their territory out of a helicopter….500 feet off the ground…problem solved
They refuse to take them back like it’s an option. They are citizens of Mexico not the United States we didn’t invite them here and don’t want them here so they will go home Period
How nice, didn’t president trump say Mexico they throw all their criminals in America fro us to deal with. Many Americans get killed by these Mexican. President trump is always right.
Put them in a parachute and throw them out over Mexico
No parachute
Since they crossed our borders illegally and Be came criminals here is fortunately there ours. They should be held for a short time then returned to there homelands as time severed and never to return. If they do return consider them as terrorist and execute them. That will slow them down
Then they should be shot.
Sorry about that comment. There are many other places that could use some help…..bet you could think of a few too.
