More than 40,000 illegal alien criminals from 79 different countries are housed in federal prisons – costing taxpayers millions every year.
The International Prison Transfer program should help to alleviate the problem as it permits willing criminals to transfer back to their country’s prison system. That could be at least a partial solution, but the problem is that many countries simply refused to accept the transfers – and there are no enforcement measures within the treaty.

Just take them to a remote part of the border and kick their asses across it. Then shoot any of them who try to return. That’s more humane than Mexico is with anyone who crosses from here into their country.

If mexico refuses to take back their illegal criminal and jail them theirselves then USA should use any funds given to Mexico or slap a tariif on money transfers to Mexico to pay for all costs of USA housing them in our jails.
Then lock the door to any new crossings.
Take them by boat in the middle of the night and drop them off in Mexico on a beach. They are legal residents of Mexico noy the USA
