More than 40,000 illegal alien criminals from 79 different countries are housed in federal prisons – costing taxpayers millions every year.
The International Prison Transfer program should help to alleviate the problem as it permits willing criminals to transfer back to their country’s prison system. That could be at least a partial solution, but the problem is that many countries simply refused to accept the transfers – and there are no enforcement measures within the treaty.

We do not need to ask send them back if they refuse then stop any and all funds going to Mexico stop all trade.
Once again we are stuck with the Bill.Same as DACA.

BUILD THE WALL! NO AMNESTY…PERIOD! NO DIVERSITY VISA LOTTERY. NO CHAIN MIGRATION, NO SANCTUARY CITIES, NO BENEFITS FOR ILLEGALS, NO EXTENSION END DACA….36 years old is NOT a child any longer and now they have children, WHEN does it stop if we don’t stop it NOW! They can come back through the LEGAL process. If they have been in the US all this time WHY haven’t they become LEGAL citizens? It wasn’t a priority or important enough for them to do so.
Don’t fall for the emotional sob stories that are going to be coming out, a lot of the DACA people do not work, continue to break laws, take our benefits are even in gangs, they are not just little kids looking for a better life. Remember the people that are screaming the loudest for the “kids of DACA”, have no problem killing “babies at Planned Parenthood”.
