More than 40,000 illegal alien criminals from 79 different countries are housed in federal prisons – costing taxpayers millions every year.
The International Prison Transfer program should help to alleviate the problem as it permits willing criminals to transfer back to their country’s prison system. That could be at least a partial solution, but the problem is that many countries simply refused to accept the transfers – and there are no enforcement measures within the treaty.
See Page 2:

If they refuse to accept their illegal immigrants back our President has the right to suspend all trade and travel with this country. Mexico is playing with fire.
Drop them in the middle of Mexico and they can walk home.
Then make a air drop out them
Send them back disguised as helpers for the earthquake cleanup
Good
I have a solution execute them stick them 6 ft. Under.
So use the lines of illegal entry and send them back in to Mexico – if they get shot entering – oh well
Gitmo can now become little Mexico.
well we can shoot them and air mail them to mexico city
Of course they do
