Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto recently called the United States “The Other Mexico.” The US currently has 11 million Mexican immigrants.
He called on other states to “evolve” like California so the US can become more like his country.

The only way I would allow this is if our government law enforcement somehow became “real” like Mexico’s, we could adopt Canada’s love of preservation, then maybe I could see this. My theory is the farthest the “tribe” had to travel up the continent, the more serene they became as people because nature is a bitch that will kick your ass.
