Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto recently called the United States “The Other Mexico.” The US currently has 11 million Mexican immigrants.
He called on other states to “evolve” like California so the US can become more like his country.

Actually, based on their own apparent assumptions, Bonehead Nieto has it ass-backwards – clearly, they imagine that Mexico is “The Other Estados Unidos De Norteamericanos”. We maybe need to officially “annex” Old Mexico, at least as a “Possession” like Puerto Rico (we’ve already GOT a NEW Mexico), and put them all under the same sort of FedGov over-control, over-taxation and general, constant harassment we currently “enjoy” – we’d stop having to watch our current Southern border continue “operating” like a large-mesh screen door in a submarine, and the Mexicans would no longer have any need to “migrate”. Put an increased amount of agricultural efforts “South Of The (Current) Border”, to give them lots of nice, new jobs DOWN THERE, and it’s win-win-win all around, right?…Would help to re-fund our Social Security and other “entitlement” systems (some others of which we need to seriously reduce or get rid of anyway), as well, AND would create much greater incentives to slow our “tax-and-spendthrift” current political/Big Gubment insanity, while adding a useful amount of tax-base expansion to help retire some of our national debt. What’s not to likey, hey?
