Maine began enforcing a new requirement for food stamp recipients: work for your food or your free food will be taken away.
Since Republican Gov. Paul LePage’s administration began enforcing the new work and volunteer requirements late last year, about 9,000 non-disabled residents have been removed from the program.

There are places that he can go, he needs to start calling and find out, welfare recipients always say until they can get on thier feet, welfare is like a drug, it’s addicting.. he will find a job but it takes determination, don’t ever give up !!! Pray and seek God’s help

This was a great idea. All states should do this and drug test. Peeing in a cup does no one any harm and it would mean that at least we are nor enabling drug users to sit around while we feed them. Great job, Gov. LePage!!!!
