Julia Lease from Whitehall, OH has been ordered by her leasing company to take her new American flag off her porch because they state it is “making this complex look bad. It’s detracting from the beauty of everything else.”
“I’ve lived here 36 years and I’ve flown a flag every day since and now all of a sudden they want this flag taken down because they say it detracts from the looks of the apartment complex. Well I can’t see how an American flag can detract from anything. After all, this is our country,” states Lease.

KEEP IT FLYING! And if they come to take it down Shoot them.
The only ones complaining about our flags flying is Muslims. So guess who probably owns the complex. They have no right to tell us we cannot fly our flags after all it is an American flag and this is America.
know what would tell them but can’t post on fb
This is why we are losing our Rights home owners association’s they think they can push people around and get away with it because they take the money you pay in dues to hire lawyers to sue you. They have no standing they have no real power stand up to them.
Ask the complex this question , are you an American & do you believe in the constitution of the United States of America & if they say yes I do , then say why are you against this flag that represent the U S A
Federal law says that you can fly the flag on any piece of US land. time to get a lawyer and prove they are acting like dictators

What is going on in our country? Not allowed to display the flag of The United States of America? We do live in the United States of America. When I got up this morning I was still in the good old USA, unless something changed and nobody told me. This stupid comment of well if we allow you to display the American flag then we have to allow other flags to be displayed. Really. What other flags represent America. Try going to another country and telling them the same thing. Each country takes pride in their flag, because it represents who they are. You would not last long in their country.
I would sue them, dicrimination and infringement on your rights, if you pay for the property by rental or whatever, that’s your right.
Sue them!
