This cop is nothing more than a street thug with a badge.
Watch this video as we see him assault a ‘special needs’ girl with no provocation on her end at all.
As one passenger states “It was obvious she had special needs”.
Another states “They got tired of dealing with her. They didn’t try to talk to her or anything”.
The officer tries to confiscate the video evidence of the event, threatening the veteran who taped with with arrest.
Almost every day we see stories of outrageous police brutality. As this country descends into a police state, the cops more and more are acting like common street thugs.
If someone spits on you you put them in a ” restraint” you don’t give them a power elbow shot to the head. There are many ways to take someone down and that’s not one of them!!
All cops are dirty
They are called Miranda Rights and they do have to be read to you incidental to arrest and before any questioning. And they are called Miranda rights or warnings interchangeable
So Adam your okay with someone spitting in your face?? I doubt it.
Rick, they only have to give you rights when asking you guilt seeking questions.
Funny how there was no audio, very convenient!
While I tend to agree with knowing all details, please kindly explain any details that justify this behavior.
Officers will routinely mirandize individuals, often because they’ve made up their minds as to guilt, NOT innocence. I’ve often heard “why get a lawyer if you’re innocent”. What if YOU wound up one of the “small percent” of innocently imprisoned for life? What if you lost 30 years of your life because police considered you collateral damage to their greater good? Being profiled because of race or gender, your family waiting in handcuffs on the side of the road while police search vehicle. Not because you did anything wrong, because you “didn’t fit” with area? Because of your race.
Wrong Neeley. That’s not why Cops Mirandize suspects. Custody and interrogation is when suspects ate read their rights.
Hey Newley work on that law degree there is a difference between arrest and interrogation Miranda is only read after arrest if the officer wants to ask the suspect any questions that would lead to an incriminating statement this if an arrest is not probable cause and more warrant or on view officers will not read Miranda
