There’s nothing liberals love better than empty gestures to make themselves feel good. The Los Angeles City Council has passed a resolution urging Congress to look into President Donald Trump’s business dealings and recent actions to determine if they warrant his impeachment.
Last Friday, the Council passed a unanimous resolution (10-0) calling on Congress to consider impeachment proceedings against President Donald Trump for breaching the Foreign Emoluments Clause.
Under Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution, the Foreign Emoluments Clause reads as follows:
“No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”

Who cares what the snowflakes say.
Practice what you preach OLD men! ! ! ! ! !
with all the problem facing City Council are they just sitting up there saying….what crazy thing can we come up with …that will help the community….lets us see…how about the impeachment of the President……Kim Jong-un, remember our agreement about California…ignorant whiners…
An all male group. Where is the diversity. Liberals talk diversity, but don’t practice it. Why don’t they fix the problems in their cities instead of trying to to something they have no power to do. I guess it’s to show some reason for their existence.
Not doing a single fucking thing for the citizens of California, other than taxing, and squandering their earnings.
Once again, California’s government officials wasting time and money on stupid stuff instead of dealing with the state”s very real problems.
What a joke
ha ha ha,..these turds can’t manage a city …and “they” have the gall to call out ..POTUS ?
Screw you
You but jobs can’t run a state so you dam sure shouldn’t worry about the country
