Only if he and obama have ruined this economy to that extent. Shut down the government, especially paycheks to WH, staffs, Congress, staffs, Cabinet, staffs, Pentahon, staffs, Supreme Court, ataffs, and ALL government agencies…IRS, EPA, CIA, FBI, …ALL OF THEM. Bet they fix the dollar values.
