U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said that Russia’s military support for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad could raise the risk of confrontation with coalition forces fighting Islamic State there. The question is, why is Kerry always the last one to figure out the obvious? The second question is – What coalition?
