Since the men and women who serve as judges attended law school, the question must be asked what these law schools are teaching. Or perhaps a better question would be, “with what are these law schools indoctrinating their students?” Far too often we learn of judicial decisions that make no sense, and we’re not talking only of the bizarre decisions federal judges have made regarding President Trump’s travel ban.
The courts have power because the people respect them and the executive branches enforce their decisions. Take these away, and the courts just turn into editorial departments. Sometimes it seems like that is the direction they wish to take.

That will be overturned unless there was more that the officer noticed. Doesn’t appear to be a good search.
I find it curious that there is no mention of whether the officer found anything in the vehicle upon conducting the search. I tend to believe he probably did, but it doesn’t lend favorably to the story. Something is not being told here. Just my opinion.
And it starts in school. Punish an A student for not bringing a soda to a carnival! If they are not broke, break them.
Sports in school has broken the spirit of more kids than I can count.

Douglas Robinson You were the guy who got stopped for some BS equipment violation every time you left your neighborhood, so the cop could finesse his way into your car. And in order to “justify” the stop, you got the ticket for the equipment violation; a ticket for something the cop wouldn’t even have stopped you for if he wasn’t so hell bent on the scavenger hunt. We had a saying for cops that made 30 BS stops a day to find one roach in one ashtray….”Even a blind squirrel gets a nut once in a while.”
Dumbest ruling I’ve heard a court make in at least 2 or 3 hours! Not only is Lady Justice blind, she’s just plain stupid as hell!!
It means some judges should be fired, and cops put in prison.
