Since the men and women who serve as judges attended law school, the question must be asked what these law schools are teaching. Or perhaps a better question would be, “with what are these law schools indoctrinating their students?” Far too often we learn of judicial decisions that make no sense, and we’re not talking only of the bizarre decisions federal judges have made regarding President Trump’s travel ban.
The courts have power because the people respect them and the executive branches enforce their decisions. Take these away, and the courts just turn into editorial departments. Sometimes it seems like that is the direction they wish to take.

This kind of stuff, as well as other recent court rulings and sentences, are the reason why I now refuse to serve jury duty.
Wow, I’d be in trouble then. I have large friends who need to recline the seat to even sit upright in the car. Are they concealing their height?
That’s like saying you have your curtains closed on your house, you must be hiding sometime illegal. So therefore the brown shirts have the right to search your home. And don’t give me any of this B.S., if you are not doing anything wrong, why not let them search. How about we come over to your place, lets say about dinner time on Sunday and let’s search your place. F off
I got a letter from the court system for jury duty, if I get call I’m going to tell them flat out, I don’t trust the justice system !
It doesn’t seem like Kansans are willing to get rid of bad judges. They just keep passing them along. It may take a while to clean up the KSC.

Actually juries have the ultimate power. They can make decisions that run contrary to laws put in place by idiots! Many time this is good but sometimes not so good.
Perhaps it is time parents took charge of their childrens electronics devices.
Kansas is in the 10th circuit ( i think ) so this will probly be overturned in SCOTUS . If their in the 9th ….forget it !!
