Since the men and women who serve as judges attended law school, the question must be asked what these law schools are teaching. Or perhaps a better question would be, “with what are these law schools indoctrinating their students?” Far too often we learn of judicial decisions that make no sense, and we’re not talking only of the bizarre decisions federal judges have made regarding President Trump’s travel ban.
The courts have power because the people respect them and the executive branches enforce their decisions. Take these away, and the courts just turn into editorial departments. Sometimes it seems like that is the direction they wish to take.

Maybe true but let’s try and build bridges rather than walls. Try anyway. Rational discussion to the meaningless brand ‘liberal’ which is typically thrown/played without thinking.
They teach that laws are only to be enforced if the person is a citizen if they are illegal they can break the law.
They sure aren’t teaching the constitution or bill of rights .
They would ht the jackpot if you just came from the grocery store.

I can only speak for me. During my 30 years as a cop (now retired) I watched the institutionalized steady decline of respect for Constitutional rights, almost entirely fueled by one thing: the so called drug war.
The criminal justice system is big business now. If you don’t have criminals, create them anyway you can. There are judges, lawyers, prison guards, and police that have to make lots of money.
