Since the men and women who serve as judges attended law school, the question must be asked what these law schools are teaching. Or perhaps a better question would be, “with what are these law schools indoctrinating their students?” Far too often we learn of judicial decisions that make no sense, and we’re not talking only of the bizarre decisions federal judges have made regarding President Trump’s travel ban.
The courts have power because the people respect them and the executive branches enforce their decisions. Take these away, and the courts just turn into editorial departments. Sometimes it seems like that is the direction they wish to take.

Clickbait, just let us read the dam story
I would like to see the report. Like how the baggies were torn and if she put the seat down and made a furtive movement with her hands. I think there is some being left out here.
Must be only one state.
I drive reclined all the time due to back problems.
Cant sit straight up,causes alot of pain.
This court can expect a strong backlash from the taxpayers on this issue since it falls under profiling.
Profiling is illegal.
Cops have no right to automatically suspect you of a crime just because you like sitting in a reclined position driving.
And what case, praytell, did they use as precedent?
Did they find anything?
Don’t blame someone that is too ignorant to think for themselves?….. Ann Premo if that’s the case should they be delegating their authority if they are brainwashed? Wow now I see the problem……
I’m sorry did you say a “privilege” to travel as a free human……SMH!……and did you also not say the words “government property”…….both of these terms are false. Please show me where the government owns property and I’ll show you a false document.
Thee Kimber Yes. You have a Driver’s License which makes driving on Government Built and Owned roads a privilege. No matter how you look at it, roads, are government property. They acquired the land from private owners (Eminent Domain), they built them through contracts , they require you to come to them for permission to use them (Driver License), and they charge you for using them (Tolls), and enforce their control (Tickets). And the fact that they do all this with our money just makes us the chumps.
So you can take your f**e indignation and go stew about how its not right.
I’m going to start leaving my passenger seat “reclined” at all times. I could use the payday from suing some moronic cop for thinking a reclined seat is code for “I relinquish my Fourth Amendment rights”.
Courts across this country have lost their, collective, minds! What a load of c**p! I carry bags in my car all the time just in case one of m dogs “has to go” somewhere along our way. Yeah, I’m one of those nut jobs that picks up after her dogs. I, also, has a back seat cover that keeps them off my leather seats and from falling into the floor! I think I’ll stay on the Missouri side of the river from now on! I no longer feel safe to go over the river to Kansas!
