Since the men and women who serve as judges attended law school, the question must be asked what these law schools are teaching. Or perhaps a better question would be, “with what are these law schools indoctrinating their students?” Far too often we learn of judicial decisions that make no sense, and we’re not talking only of the bizarre decisions federal judges have made regarding President Trump’s travel ban.
The courts have power because the people respect them and the executive branches enforce their decisions. Take these away, and the courts just turn into editorial departments. Sometimes it seems like that is the direction they wish to take.
More on page two.
would that go for daughter and son-in-law too?
This is beyond embarrassing. There needs to be a tree in every state for these rouge judges to be swinging from.
I’m sure the case that was brought before the court was specific to the one case. The decision rendered an outcome the prosecution wanted , but by winning that case residual unintended consequences also resulted. Hence the decision to search based on the criteria mentioned.
PatandDonnie Grantland Been preaching about this for 10 years now. The school system is driving the course of the country and it’s headed down a horrible path.
Tony Mack Helms You’re correct. There are a LOT of things left out in this article But, if the facts were left in, the article wouldn’t be able to stir people up. This is a ‘National Enquirer of FB’ article. Truth And Action isn’t be very truthful in their actions on this one. Bt, I guess many people like the Kool-
I know it thoroughly. Now we know you’re one or all of the aforementioned three weak links. Maybe try not attempting to condescend to someone who’s not only not below you, but whom you clearly can’t even see, but cute go at being a pseudo-intellectual elitist. Thank you for playing, and y’all come back now, ya hear?
If you actually take the action to read the court summary you will find this article takes a couple snippets and makes them appear to be the basis for the case. Read the summary and you’ll see the summary of all the information, which is overall quite a different story.
Same thing here in TN where the schools require to scan your drivers license before you can enter. This is for official business mind you, not checking out a student. This scanning is to see if you have a sex offence conviction. This is my license and you are assuming I am a sex offender and are requiring me to prove I’m not. I refused and told them I’m here on State business and if they didn’t let me in I would shut their cafeteria down. Guess what they all let me in. 4th amendment violation.
I see this one going to appeal and SCOTUS if necessary. Ridiculous.
Very incomplete story, reclined seat and torn plastic bags sound drugs to me.
