Since the men and women who serve as judges attended law school, the question must be asked what these law schools are teaching. Or perhaps a better question would be, “with what are these law schools indoctrinating their students?” Far too often we learn of judicial decisions that make no sense, and we’re not talking only of the bizarre decisions federal judges have made regarding President Trump’s travel ban.
The courts have power because the people respect them and the executive branches enforce their decisions. Take these away, and the courts just turn into editorial departments. Sometimes it seems like that is the direction they wish to take.
More on page two.

I’ve been searched and detained for 20 minutes because my tail light had shorted out in a torrential rainstorm that week. I’m not in law enforcement, but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that what you say is true. Back about 15 years ago (as close as I can remember) they changed the rules on searches away from probable cause to basically, ‘any time they wanted’. No one questions a cop over a civilian. The cop is always right, and if he says there was something ‘suspicious’, that’s the way it’s going to go down. But the cops think EVERYTHING is suspicious. They’ve been trained to think everything IS. I rarely leave the house at night anymore, because it seems that night time means that every car on the road is involved in a crime, especially after 9 or 10 o’clock. If they pull you over at night, the very first question they will ask you is “Have you been drinking?” Asking you to self incriminate yourself seems illegal, or should be. We’ve all seen these Youtube videos where belligerent cops try to violate people’s rights, and the person filming the video is an attorney who knows his rights. The cops get super upset and begin making threats that the average person would give in to. I’m really concerned with this growing ‘police state’ mentality in law enforcement.
The courts have determined that “obeying the law” is probable cause….. therefore they no longer need any justification whatsoever.
Guy was a convicted felon in possession of a gun. This is a classic case of a law enforcement officer having his instincts justified by the courts. http://www.kscourts.org/Cases-and-Opinions/opinions/SupCt/2017/20170310/110439.pdf

And this is the reason for the second amendment. We are losing our rights to a system the constitution was written to prevent. Wake up people.
We lose rights that we take for granted one case like this at a time. Usually we don’t even notice the loss. Then one day we’ll notice that the USA of today is not quite as free as the USA of yesterday.
Wrong treatment. Where did our Constitution go?
If we need more criminals, lets make them the democrats there are a lot more of them than drug dealers….ok, they would be the same group…
Insanity.
