Since the men and women who serve as judges attended law school, the question must be asked what these law schools are teaching. Or perhaps a better question would be, “with what are these law schools indoctrinating their students?” Far too often we learn of judicial decisions that make no sense, and we’re not talking only of the bizarre decisions federal judges have made regarding President Trump’s travel ban.
The courts have power because the people respect them and the executive branches enforce their decisions. Take these away, and the courts just turn into editorial departments. Sometimes it seems like that is the direction they wish to take.

I believe I know a lot of people that don’t want to travel through Kansas now… I wonder upon reading this if a lawsuit can go against the state for based upon observation a racial biased might be present for have you seen someone that normally drives around with reclined seats?

Yes. The whole ‘drug test to keep your job’ is insane. I can’t believe anyone can force you to allow them to quantify the contents of your body in order to earn a living. Every time I have to do it, I feel totally violated. The whole practice of allowing insurance companies to put in place policies that test people in various ways in order to disqualify them from coverage is madness. And yet, our courts and laws turn a blind eye to the plight of the American citizens, who are slowly being turned into nothing more than slaves to the system with no rights. More and more, I don’t even recognize my country anymore. Having to prove your innocence when you haven’t been arrested for a crime is not right. 30 years ago, if you had told someone they’d be fired unless they gave you their pee, they’d have knocked you out.

The 1st Amnd was the 1st to fall, now the 2nd is on its way out, then the 3rd and the 4th has been overruled by the bench for years in “The Interest of Public Safety”. The Court System is supposed to act in the “Rule of Law” not an individuals personal bias, but that’s rarely the case. In my state #commiefornia the state can not take away the 2nd Amnd so to get around it they regulate it. Oh’ yeah you have the “Right to Bear Arms”, but we the state will have the right to tell you which arms you can have and which arms you can not have. So basically We the People do not have the Right to Bear Arms. A DUI checkpoint is a violation of the 4th Amnd. Illegal Search and Seizure. Its a random stop with no probable cause. The court says, its in the “Interest of Public Safety” therefore negating the 4th Amnd. The 2 Amnd the court says the 2nd Amnd does include the ownership of “Weapons of War” or “Assault Weapons”. There isn’t any definition of “Assault Weapons”………it comes down to a semi-auto magazine fed rifle with “Evil Features”. “Evil Features” A Flash Suppressor, A Pistol Grip, A Bayonet Lug, A Forward Grip”, A Thumbhole Stock, A Detachable Magazine, A Folding or Sliding Stock”, if have a detachable magazine and anyone of the those “Evil Features” its a Felony. “But its in “The Interest of Public Safety” and the voting public of Commiefornia voted for the Ban, the only problem with that is “The Voting Public” 3 million illegals who do not have to show an ID to vote and who were Given the Right to Vote by CA Government. The illegals are bused to polling booths all over the state to vote many, many times, Its all legal of course. The Law is using the Law to take away all of our Constitutional Rights. Now were getting stuck with 50,000 muslims………who are given SS Cards, Public Housing, Welfare, the Right to Vote. The only true enemy of any people is the government.
I totally agree. In the last 30 years, we have all but lost this country. I’m glad I’m old and will be dead soon. Living as a disappointed citizen all the time is no fun. I almost feel like a prisoner in my own country. And it’s mainly older people who can see this clearly, because we have the advantage of ‘perspective’. We know personally how life used to be, and can see a stark contrast in what we have today. God, how I wish I could go back to 1970.
