Since the men and women who serve as judges attended law school, the question must be asked what these law schools are teaching. Or perhaps a better question would be, “with what are these law schools indoctrinating their students?” Far too often we learn of judicial decisions that make no sense, and we’re not talking only of the bizarre decisions federal judges have made regarding President Trump’s travel ban.
The courts have power because the people respect them and the executive branches enforce their decisions. Take these away, and the courts just turn into editorial departments. Sometimes it seems like that is the direction they wish to take.

This stuff is easy enough to research, folks. They both had warrants and were arrested on the spot. He was a convicted felon, and they found an AK-47 in the car. They asked him about the bag, and he admitted that it had contained weed.
The motion by the plaintiff was to suppress evidence based on a faulty argument, and was denied.
I got all of this within 5 minutes by looking up the case and downloading the court documents.

Looks like someone in congress should look at impeachment of a few of these judges for incompetence, 85% reversal should not me acceptable… IMHO

I believe there is more to this story than we are being told. It would be good to know the FULL story before passing judgement.

In Cape Coral Florida they ask to search your car on virtually 50% of traffic stops. If you wont allow it they call a dog (who upon command will always alert that you have contraband in your car) giving them probable cause and you are searched anyway.
