Since the men and women who serve as judges attended law school, the question must be asked what these law schools are teaching. Or perhaps a better question would be, “with what are these law schools indoctrinating their students?” Far too often we learn of judicial decisions that make no sense, and we’re not talking only of the bizarre decisions federal judges have made regarding President Trump’s travel ban.
The courts have power because the people respect them and the executive branches enforce their decisions. Take these away, and the courts just turn into editorial departments. Sometimes it seems like that is the direction they wish to take.

B******t that’s not probable cause that is profiling
That’s a lazy bs ecxuse. Jury duty let’s you be the law and not the judge. It’s a chance for someone else to get a fair shake in the system you say is broken. Be part of the fix not run away like a chicken.
Sounds like probable cause to me.
Probation for rape. Probation for sexual assault. Suspended sentences for rape, assault, sexual assault….. that’s not “a fair shake”. That’s a slap in the face of the victims of which I want no part of. As for chicken. I’ve been on 3 juries. How many have you been on David Franklin ?

If I lived in Kansas, I would scatter zip lock plastic bags all over my vehicle and intentionally recline the passenger seat. What a effing waste of legal minds. The longer humanity is present on this earth, the more bizarre life bcomes…
Sad what this country has come to, most of it in the last eight years while making pot legal and still doing things like this, hypocrites!!!!!!
It’s not about whether or not anything was found. It’s the fact that two things that relates to 90% of vehicle traffic, especially on the interstates, is being used to pull over and search vehicles without a warrant.
