We’re so used to complicated problems that we occasionally overlook the obvious. Like fiddling around with some gadget, trying to get it to work when all you needed to do is plug it in.
Could the solution to the “problem” of Hillary running for president be just that simple? Did she really break the law — and would the penalty for breaking that law disqualify her from being president? The answers to those two questions are “yes,” and “yes.”

Judy Newkumet — I just reread the statute…. in my opinion, she will need to be charged, prosecuted, and convicted in order for the disqualification from office to take effect….. and I believe Trey Gowdy will continue to pursue an indictment even if she is elected (she won’t be….)….

I am well versed in the long list of escapades pulled by Barry & our irresponsible Congress & Senate & House of Reps….. The corruption is spreading like gangrene from the Oval office to the DOJ, FBI, Sec. Of State, to the Supreme Court. Aka Trickle down corruption.
