We’re so used to complicated problems that we occasionally overlook the obvious. Like fiddling around with some gadget, trying to get it to work when all you needed to do is plug it in.
Could the solution to the “problem” of Hillary running for president be just that simple? Did she really break the law — and would the penalty for breaking that law disqualify her from being president? The answers to those two questions are “yes,” and “yes.”

If she’s disqualified, Obama would just find one of his many loopholes or make an executive order so that he would be POTUS again.
Now the congress of the USA needs to continue to hold Hillary responsible for her lack of judgement. She should have no more immunity than any other person would have. Young military recruits have lost their security clearance and career over much less.

Since she supplied enemies of the State with weapons (Al-Qaeda: Syria, ‘Insert favorite jihadist group’: Saudi Arabia, etc.), Section 3 of the 14th Amendment prevents her from being an elected official.
