The truth of the matter is this the FBI Director Comey in actuality is an attorney himself so he is well aware of the laws. Secondly both Coney and Lynch have prior history of extracting the Clintons out of trouble which includes! They should of recused themselves from this situation but they didn’t! Also several of the people from the tech company have a prior legal situation. This also includes Cheryl Mills and three main witnesses to her duplicitous actions were given immunity before they had truly investigated. Either it was intentional or not no one on the outside knows for sure the only thing in question is to what extent partial or full immunity! These are the prime witnesses to prosecute Hillary ” the dishonorable” Clinton.. Even though Comey denies it he knew he didn’t need intent not under Title 18, 2071 sections “a and b” . “(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”
Yes, it explicitly states “shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.”
It would seem that it should be an open and shut case since there are people who’ve been convicted over a single item. Yet Hillary “the dishonorable” Clinton has thousands of items.
One last thing I think it’s a moral and legal imperative that citizens literally get out step up and exercise there most important Constitutional right that citizens have the right to vote! I know that liberals try convince people that mon citizens have the right to vote. Well, they don’t! It is mentioned four to five times in various ways in the Constitution that only citizens can vote. So to me it’s a moral and legal imperative that we get out and exercise that right to show the establishment were the real power is in this nation. It’s in the hands of the citizen through our votes! So get out and vote. I normally don’t tell people who I’m voting for but I am, I’m voting for Trump! I want to keep Hillary ” the dishonorable” Clinton out of the White House!
Lastly Trump said if he is voted to become the next president he is going to make sure that Hillary receives true justice in our nation! I want Hillary “the dishonorable” Clinton to meet the real Lady Justice of the Relubluc of the United States of America!
