We’re so used to complicated problems that we occasionally overlook the obvious. Like fiddling around with some gadget, trying to get it to work when all you needed to do is plug it in.

There are two key elements within this U.S article i. e., “WHOEVER {WILLFULLY}” and “WITH THE INTENT TO DO SO”, will be HARD to prove in Federal Court, as there was CLEARLY no intent nor a willingness to do so or even the knowledge that a crime was being committed! Not to mention, if emails even qualifies as/under “or other thing” because, ALL OTHER REQUISITENESS WRITTEN ON THAT U.S. ARTICLE YOU PROVIDED ESSENTIALLY TENDS TO RENDER HER MOOT…. in other words, NOT GUILTY!!!
SHE IS NOT ALLOWED TO RUN FOR ANY OFFICE IN OUR FEDERAL GOV..IT IS AGAINST THE LAW–PERIOD SO HOW IS SHE GETTING AWAY WITH THIS CRIME ONCE AGAIN..
Yeah ? Obama was also NOT QUALIFIED to even run for office. But he wormed his way in . Now nobody has the guts to stand up and impeach him. Just the falsehood / scam that got him in office would be PLENTY enough to have had him impeached ages ago.
