We’re so used to complicated problems that we occasionally overlook the obvious. Like fiddling around with some gadget, trying to get it to work when all you needed to do is plug it in.

That’s what I’ve been saying, she is disqualified, she was under a FBI investigation, plus all her other crimes, she is a felon!!! And a sick one at that!!!
There is more 18USC 793 (f) (I beleive that is the code) states that intent is not required to be guilty of violating the espionage law. The standard to charge is negligence. I don’t see a difference between negligent and extreme recklessness.
