We’re so used to complicated problems that we occasionally overlook the obvious. Like fiddling around with some gadget, trying to get it to work when all you needed to do is plug it in.
Could the solution to the “problem” of Hillary running for president be just that simple? Did she really break the law — and would the penalty for breaking that law disqualify her from being president? The answers to those two questions are “yes,” and “yes.”

Of course she broke the law. Of course she’s legally holding political office; but she’s a Clinton and above the law. Much like obamacare doesn’t apply to congress, and the Constitution doesn’t apply to Obama, in the tyrannical mess our government has become, laws only apply to us common folk.
It appears the FBI is no longer about the law. It has become a KGB style security service for the democrats.
Who’s going to enforce it? No one… No way Obama’s admin does.

Just one minor point, and in her case, I hate to bring it up, but our system is based on the principle of innocent until proven guilty. In our system, that means a conviction in court or a finding of guilty in the Senate in case of impeachment. No one has seen fit to got that route for fear of losing a few votes.
Yep and i say again,Republican Governors need to ordet her of there Ballots in there states, fellons cannot hold office.!
