We’re so used to complicated problems that we occasionally overlook the obvious. Like fiddling around with some gadget, trying to get it to work when all you needed to do is plug it in.
Could the solution to the “problem” of Hillary running for president be just that simple? Did she really break the law — and would the penalty for breaking that law disqualify her from being president? The answers to those two questions are “yes,” and “yes.”

Now that everyone sees Killary Rotten KKKlinton is by law disqualified lets see it congress has the balls to do their job for a change.
Even if Clinton isn’t prosecuted and convicted under our legal justice system as snopes pointed out, judgement should come from moral conviction in the court of public opinion. The legal system appears from what I read, to have simply manipulated our legal system by a twisting of words, as is usually the case with attorneys, to make sure Clinton is not convicted and thus eligible for federal election. The rational court of public opinion has her ineligible.
Hope this really happens.
If it is as simple as that, they are both disqualified.
