We’re so used to complicated problems that we occasionally overlook the obvious. Like fiddling around with some gadget, trying to get it to work when all you needed to do is plug it in.
Could the solution to the “problem” of Hillary running for president be just that simple? Did she really break the law — and would the penalty for breaking that law disqualify her from being president? The answers to those two questions are “yes,” and “yes.”

Hi Jake. I was a little unsure what to do with this one. Clearly quoting the US Code is no issue since as a government document it cannot be copyrighted as I understand it. However there was some other commentary provided in addition to the law that clearly someone wrote but with no indication given as to where it came from. I just put it in quotes along with the excerpt from the USC to make it clear I didn’t write it. If I need to do something else here, just let me know. Thanks!

I wish it were open n shut, however there is a reason they came out and said they have to sign obamacare into law before we know whats in it. they knew what was in it… All our rights and laws= gone. signed away in a bill that everyone thought was healthcare.. 80K pages of healthcare?$#%&!@*started the same way! Our government has declared war on its own people! that bills main objective was to pave the way for One World Order!
