WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange inserted himself into the 2016 race in a major way before the Democratic national Convention, releasing leaked emails that forced the resignation of many DNC officials — including Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz.
Assange continued the Democrat assault weeks later, starting a series called “Hillary leaks.” The series once again released thousands of emails that the organization has obtained, and has also proved damaging to Clinton’s campaign.
Since then, many have criticized WikiLeaks’ focus on damaging only Democrat politicians. When asked about it on Fox News’ The Kelly File, Assange claimed that he would release damaging information against both sides, if obtained. He also promised that he had at least one more damaging leak in store for Mrs. Clinton.
But what of the Republicans?
According to Assange, there just isn’t much there. Not compared to what’s already available, anyway.

Sept 16, 2008 – Sarah Palin’s emails got hacked by someone calling themselves “Rubico” and published in the hopes that the contents would derail the Republican Presidential campaign.
Contrary to what happened with Clinton’s emails, the entire mainstream media pounced on them and searched diligently for anything they could use. Even crowd-sourced them all to get help from anyone in the world willing to spend time on the project.
Turns out, there was nothing there of interest – other than proof that Palin worked hard at her job when she was Governor.
Hacker himself wrote, “”There was nothing there, nothing incriminating…”
Turns out the hacker was David Kernell – the son of a Democrat state Representative in Tennessee. He got indicted, prosecuted, convicted, and sentenced to a year in prison followed by three years probation.
Hillary’s problem was not that she was hacked, but that she had documented tens of thousands of felonies in her own emails. Then there’s the crimes committed through the Clinton foundation, and the emails exposing those.
She was so incredibly corrupt, that there were few emails that turned out NOT to be scandalous.
