U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, who seems to be taking the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) seriously, is holding Clinton’s feet to the fire along with those of her State Department cohorts who have been trying to hide her cache of emails for lo these many years.
Sullivan ruled on Tuesday that State Department officials and top aides to Clinton should be questioned under oath as to whether they impeded federal open records laws through the use of a private server from 2009 through 2013 when Clinton was secretary of state. The decision actually arose from a suit seeking more information on aid Huma Abedin’s employment arrangements with Clinton, which included working simultaneously for the State Department, the Clinton Foundation, Clinton’s personal office, and a consulting firm, which would not be permitted for a full time State Department employee. So perhaps the truth will come out through this side door investigation.
Discovery keeps on turning up new evidence, page 2:
I don’t think it will make much difference. Her aides will use the only part of the constitution they don’t want to destroy; the 5th amendment!
Oh no.. Gee.
Y are minority votes more valued than the white vote? Here it is, they are 2xs more likely to be registered as voters and and over 3xs more likely to vote, meaning one minority vote is worth over 3 white votes so let’s all go and vote. Google the statistics its almost 4
