The left now have a new ally in their fight against Donald Trump. After the American people rendered congressional Democrats largely irrelevant in the last election, liberal activists have turned to the justice system to help advance their agenda.
They have some high-ranking judges willing to do their bidding.
These judges have already struck down both of Trump’s attempts to enact a ban on travel from terror-compromised countries. Now, they’re setting their sights on Trump’s domestic agenda.
Trump’s promise to cut off federal funding for sanctuary cities is the latest plan to be halted by a liberal judge — and the ruling is no coincidence. A little background research into the judge shows connections to many far-left groups and causes. If there was ever evidence of an activist judge legislating from the bench, this is it.

Erik Wayment Wow, talk about a stupid comment. Reading comprehension is not good among libtards we understand. Here, just for you is actual lawyers comments as the case heads to SCOTOS;
The travel part of Trump’s order does target the same seven countries that were singled out with a law Obama signed in December 2015. That is why is was based on existing law.
The Obama-signed law contains provisions that restrict travel to the United States for people who lived in or visited Iran, Iraq, Sudan, or Syria since March 2011. They must have a visa to enter the United States; they can’t use what is known as the Visa Waiver Program, which allows 90-day U.S. visits to other foreign visitors.
The law was expanded by Obama’s Department of Homeland Security to cover Libya, Somalia, and Yemen. They were identified in the agency’s announcement as “countries of concern,” a phrase used in the law and covered in the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2016, an omnibus spending bill.
Erik Wayment I am no fan of Trumps, but you make everyone look bad. Do some research next time.
Doesn’t surprise me at all. Judge my$#%&!@* he is nothing but a radical American hating leftist. Sickening!
Erik Wayment You missed the boat. The 38 countries permitted for travel is only a small part of the bill just as Trumps only sought to ban travel from the countries originally restricted in Obama’s version of the bill until they are fully vetted.
One version is focused on travel, and Trump’s version based on countries flagged by the Department of Homeland Security and specifically named in the law signed by Obama.
It won’t hurt you to do some reading next time.
He’s no American needs his$#%&!@*kicked off the bench
Just another ‘bought for and paid for’ Federal Judge!
I think President Trump needs to disband the ninth district Court
Sickening.
Lock these judges up and deny bail.
Corrupt.
