The left now have a new ally in their fight against Donald Trump. After the American people rendered congressional Democrats largely irrelevant in the last election, liberal activists have turned to the justice system to help advance their agenda.
They have some high-ranking judges willing to do their bidding.
These judges have already struck down both of Trump’s attempts to enact a ban on travel from terror-compromised countries. Now, they’re setting their sights on Trump’s domestic agenda.
Trump’s promise to cut off federal funding for sanctuary cities is the latest plan to be halted by a liberal judge — and the ruling is no coincidence. A little background research into the judge shows connections to many far-left groups and causes. If there was ever evidence of an activist judge legislating from the bench, this is it.
Read about the ruling and the judge behind the decision on the next page:

What a crooked bunch of anti-American people are taking over our government.
You’re actually going to go with conflicts of interest, when the entire Trump administration is one gigantic conflict of interest. There’s not a single member of the administration that is a profiting financially from his or her position.
Sean Hicks sorry sean you a full of bs to claim the program and the travel ban are the same is completely false one has nothing to with another please educate yourself “The VWP permits citizens of 38 countries to travel to the United States for business or tourism for stays of up to 90 days without a visa. In return, those 38 countries must permit U.S. citizens and nationals to travel to their countries for a similar length of time without a visa for business or tourism purposes” all the amendment was that these countries were no longer eligible for the program.
Drain the Swamp. If ovomit put them in, Trump needs to take them out.
This is NO JUDGE he’s a stinking lowlife trashy IDIOT
The finest judge that money can buy!!!!!
Erik Wayment Sorry, You are wrong. Nice Try.
Erik Wayment Sorry, You are wrong. Try reading the law and the history and the amendment. Nice Try.
Erik Wayment There is a reason this case is studied in law classes. It would do you good to read the actual law quoted above before you spew more libtard c**p.
Erik Wayment Wow, talk about a stupid comment. Here, just for you is actual lawyers comments as the case heads to SCOTOS;
The travel part of Trump’s order does target the same seven countries that were singled out with a law Obama signed in December 2015.
The Obama-signed law contains provisions that restrict travel to the United States for people who lived in or visited Iran, Iraq, Sudan, or Syria since March 2011. They must have a visa to enter the United States; they can’t use what is known as the Visa Waiver Program, which allows 90-day U.S. visits to other foreign visitors.
The law was expanded by Obama’s Department of Homeland Security to cover Libya, Somalia, and Yemen. They were identified in the agency’s announcement as “countries of concern,” a phrase used in the law.
