The left now have a new ally in their fight against Donald Trump. After the American people rendered congressional Democrats largely irrelevant in the last election, liberal activists have turned to the justice system to help advance their agenda.
They have some high-ranking judges willing to do their bidding.
These judges have already struck down both of Trump’s attempts to enact a ban on travel from terror-compromised countries. Now, they’re setting their sights on Trump’s domestic agenda.
Trump’s promise to cut off federal funding for sanctuary cities is the latest plan to be halted by a liberal judge — and the ruling is no coincidence. A little background research into the judge shows connections to many far-left groups and causes. If there was ever evidence of an activist judge legislating from the bench, this is it.

Sorry, Derek Smith. The original travel ban was taken directly word for word from the Law Obama signed. That is why it quotes the law, and the same counties that Obama explicitly lists in the law. This has already been debated and is old news.
This shows how obama and the democrats loading the lower courts with liberals has destroyed the American judicial system and its regulation of running by the law and constitution. The judges are ruling by there feelings and not the rule of law.

President Obama did in fact sign the bill into law in December 2015, it was attached as a rider on the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2016, an omnibus spending bill.

It is literally about partisanship. Judges are sworn to uphold the law of the land (constitution) but instead uphold the partisan view. They even go as far as to block policy used by this administration which said was legal when created by President Obama. The adolescent games of the politicians in this country are nearly as weak as the infant actions of liberals in this country.
