They have some high-ranking judges willing to do their bidding.
These judges have already struck down both of Trump’s attempts to enact a ban on travel from terror-compromised countries. Now, they’re setting their sights on Trump’s domestic agenda.
Trump’s promise to cut off federal funding for sanctuary cities is the latest plan to be halted by a liberal judge — and the ruling is no coincidence. A little background research into the judge shows connections to many far-left groups and causes. If there was ever evidence of an activist judge legislating from the bench, this is it.

Okay. Here’s what I don’t understand. What does federal “law” say about immigration? There is illegal entry and unlawful presence. The first is a crime. You can be arrested, fined and serve up to six months in jail before being deported. The second is a civil mater. That’s when someone enters the US legally but fails to leave when their work or school visa expires. Who’s responsibility is it to catch, detain and deport these two groups? By law? If you’re undocumented, as the left likes to say, isn’t that the same as illegal? Can law enforcement be fired or put in jail for not doing their job? Isn’t looking the other way if you know about a crime still a crime? I’m sorry but I can’t understand how anyone can not tell the difference between being a legal immigrant and an illegal immigrant.
That’s against the law a judge should be neutral and imparcial to any political party. This guy is a crook. Friend of a traitor.
