Here we have a recent video by YouTube user HighImpactFlix where he speaks to a couple of police officers in Tulsa, Oklahoma regarding what is really going on inside on of the Walmarts that has been closed due to alleged plumbing issues.
Of course, Walmart is no Hilton hotel, so the plumbing issues would not seem to warrant the kind of measures being taken.

EVERY African-American polive, HP, sheriff i ever came across was the nicest coolest even when i got a ticket from them. Everyrime i been pulled over by a African-American and noticed them before they got to my car i knew i was gonna be alright
