Recently Boise Idaho police officers made a no-knock raid on an apartment complex in order to bust criminals for illegal activities involving drugs.
The cops were there with a search warrant searching for someone with a history of violence and drug use – along with several of this man’s associates. The raid was done late at night: 2:30 A.M., with guns drawn and even a flash bang device used.
Unfortunately for the officers, and more so for the residents of the complex, these cops made a terrible mistake…

In Indiana a law was just p$#%&!@*ed a couple years ago .You can defend your homes against a unlawful entry by any public servant
Yea but if you don’t win the fight your dead.
That does happen unfortunately in a very rare instance. And most all police departments would do this after they realize a mistake was made. And yes they usually still get sued.
the other cops will kill you and be honored that they killed murdering drug dealers, at this point they will plant and find drugs in your house to cover up their mistakes and get a medal
That response itself was criminal
Criminals are dressing as police more often and using these tactics. Additionally targets of legitimate police raids have been found justified in killing police in these raids
A step in the right direction but still painfully unjust
