As progressives, rallied by the Obama administration, actively work to curb Americans’ gun rights, one state has raised it’s hand and said “Stop!”
Just last Friday, Idaho announced that it would neither enforce nor abide by federal gun laws. The move was made possible by a measure introduced in the state’s House and Senate and passed unanimously by both chambers.
The law could very well be one of the most serious challenges to the federal government’s anti-gun agenda. Per the wording of the bill, Idaho law enforcement officers would face up to $1,000 in fines as well as misdemeanor charges if they enforce federal gun laws. These punitive measures will likely go a long way in discouraging Idaho LEO’s from collaborating with feds trying to enforce gun laws in the state.
Naturally, the federal government, to say nothing of this virulently anti-gun administration, is not going to be happy about a state rejecting it’s statutes regarding gun ownership and usage. Indeed, after a similar law was passed in Kansas, former Attorney General Eric Holder, a true maven of the gun control lobby, wrote a letter to Governor Brownback threatening legal action against the state over it.
Let’s hope that Idaho is able stay strong if Obama and his goons try to stop them.

Paul Pak, I think you’re exaggerating. Do you, as a private person, really need an AK47 or a M16? If you’re honest, the answer has to be NO. Those weapons should be reserved to the Army and that’s that. What happened in Oregon would never had happened if they wouldn’t have had semi-automatic and automatic riffles.
Isaac it depends on if your buying from a dealer (FFL) or privately. If you are buying a firearm online from a private person some States do not require that you go through a background check within that state. If you are buying online from a dealer it is already federal law that requires the FFL to complete a background check on said person. Personally if I sell privately, I need to see a weapons license from said buyer. An I can always say no thanks if meeting the person and I feel he/she is off. I don’t need the federal government to hold my hand and tell me what is right and wrong. Have you even read the purpose bill? They have no intention of correcting what the real issue is, your points are valid to some degree. But the laws they are trying to push are unconstitutional and completely off track. They keep using current events of criminals to pass laws on the good citizens instead of going after the known criminals…. Anyone who backs said government officials are the reason why America is in this situation… We all know there is something called “the black market” yet the U.S. doesnt do much about illegal activities? Oh wait they do have laws already in place… An yet it’s all around us… Adding more laws on black market activities going to stop it??? Shoot the U.S. Government has been caught numerous times dealing in such activities… If you think the u.s. Is all flowers and rainbows and absolutely perfect in everything your living in a fantasy world.
January 2016: IMHO now more than ever it is of the utmost importance for the American civilian populations to be armed and ready to stand against a now arbitrary government that seeks to disarm them in the stead of the global dominance agenda of the Traitorous Plutocrats NEW WORLD ORDER.
EXCERPT’ reason for the militia; “to stand against any arbitrary government and its usurped powers as reiterated by Supreme Court Justice Story in Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States Vol. 3 at pp. 746-747 (1833).
STOP calling it “corruption in government” when in fact insurrection and treason from within has taken hold co-opting the duly constituted republic.
Understanding exactly what is insurrection and treason is paramount in understanding how we American civilians arrived at this point in history where elected and appointed public officials arrogantly engage in insurrection and treason on a regular basis without fear of being held accountable as they infringe (war) upon the 2nd Amendment in an ongoing effort to disarm the American civilian populace.
Insurrection*; There are about 25 court cases that relate to insurrection in America the best one being In re Charge to Grand Jury, N.D. ILL. (1894), 62 F. 828 as it defines any use of public funds to deny the power of the constitution as insurrection against the Constitution of the United States (emphasis added).
By applying this definition of insurrection to the anti-gun-effort, gun free zones, prohibition of civilian military/militia activity, gun or weapon prohibition, licensing schemes, registration schemes etc. you find that all ACTS, statutory schemes, licensing schemes, directives, executive orders, dictates or any other whatsoever that infringe upon the 2nd Amendment are all acts of insurrection against the Constitution of the United States and reaching too the level of treason thus representing a clear and present danger to the American civilian populations (emphasis mine). SEE; Sect. 3 of 14th Amendment (insurrection clause) those engaged in insurrection ‘shall not hold office.’
Treason defined: An array of warring component forces that intends and succeeds to impede and impair the utility of a republican form of government guaranteed to all American citizens by section 4, article 4 Constitution United States of America. Insurrection is a component of treason. A conviction for treason requires only two witnesses to the same overt act, or confession in open court, section 3 of article 3 of the Constitution United States of America.
Sovereign immunity: Does not apply to any individual (s) or entity whatsoever having engaged in insurrection, anarchy and treason against the Constitution of the United States of America. See: Section 3 of the 14th Amendment (insurrection clause) to the Constitution of the United States of America.
Executive privilege: Does not apply to any individual (s) or entity whatsoever having engaged in insurrection and treason against the Constitution of the United States of America. See: section 3 of the 14th amendment (insurrection clause) to the Constitution of the United States of America.
Section 4 of Article 4 to the Constitution of the United States of America: The United States shall guarantee to every State in the Union a Republican form of government. As one of the noted deans of the law school at Notre Dame explained it accurately in 1950. This quote is from the late Dean, Clarence Manion;
“The honest and serious student of American history will recall that our Founding Fathers managed to write both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States without using the term “democracy” even once.
hes going to use executive action so that we all have to watch his news conferences and marvel at the dear leaders holes in one.
