Chicago has set a record this past September, and not one to brag about. Since 2002, this record has not been matched until now. Fifty-nine murders and 362 gunshot victims occurred in the city with the strictest gun laws in the nation.
The Tribune reported that there were two consecutive weekends where more than 50 people were shot in September and August had more than 40 shootings every weekend.

Gun regulation consists of extensive background checks as well as implementing training for the carry of a lethal weapon. Gun bans are different. You are looking at the extremist view of gun laws and that is not what Obama or Ben is proposing. If you agree that people with a criminal background should not have access to a gun you believe in gun regulation. Educate yourself
