Chicago has set a record this past September, and not one to brag about. Since 2002, this record has not been matched until now. Fifty-nine murders and 362 gunshot victims occurred in the city with the strictest gun laws in the nation.
The Tribune reported that there were two consecutive weekends where more than 50 people were shot in September and August had more than 40 shootings every weekend.

We haven’t implemented less regulation in Texas just yet, it is barely going to begin. Something that has never been proven to work is going to go into practice. We shall see how much murder rates drop in Texas in the next year. It better be drastic
