It’s now legal for men to use women’s bathrooms, showers, and dressing facilities – and vice-versa – thanks to the passing of the Equal Rights Ordinance in Houston, TX.
Mayor Parker, Houston’s first openly gay mayor, called it “most personally meaningful thing I will ever do as mayor.”
The ordinance’s stated goal is to eliminate discrimination in housing and employment for gays, transgenders – 14-characteristics in total – including race, ethnicity, age, religion and disability.

So when women get raped in these bathrooms who do they sue?? This is so ducking stupid… there are so many more important issues to deal with and this took place.. ass clowns
Joey –that is EXACTLY what I think. They have not thought about that, or if they did, they don’t give a c**p. Talk about War on Women. Also, who is going to pay when a “man” comes out of the stall, pants still unzipped and some woman claims he waived his penis at her. You know that will happen more than once.
That is crazy! Just let any pervert into the women’s shower, dressing rooms and toilets and you are taking away a woman’s right to not be raped and and ogled! Not to mention child molesters! You are really a bunch of sickos!!
open carry needed there as well
Is this true? Can this really happen in America?
NO NO NO NO NO NO
When the suing starts I hope they name her and Houston at the top of the list and clean them out. “Meaningful thing” yep probably. Once in the toilet always in the toilet.
Stupid
Now Houston men can hear the bitching about the toilet seat being up while away from home.
Penny Thompson is this true?
