In the wake of the attack on Umpqua Community College (UCC) Hillary Clinton is pushing new regulations on gun shows and a change in laws allowing shooting victims and their families to sue gun manufacturers.

Clinton said she would propose “[tightening] rules governing gun show and Internet sales,” which is a reference to the expansion of background checks that has eluded Democrats and Democrat surrogates like Gabby Giffords and Mark Kelly since January 2013.

Illinois has the toughest gun laws in the country! Chicago has an average of 2 murders a day and 10 shootings a day. What does that tell you. The judicial system is a disaster! The cops can’t do their job without enforcement.
So if victims of shootings should be able to sue gun makers then victims of automobile accidents should be able to sue the automakers, obese people should be able to sue the makers of silverware, and so on. Oh, I cut myself once with a knife, guess I should sue Swiss Army for making such a sharp blade.
