In the wake of the attack on Umpqua Community College (UCC) Hillary Clinton is pushing new regulations on gun shows and a change in laws allowing shooting victims and their families to sue gun manufacturers.
Seriously?
Clinton said she would propose “[tightening] rules governing gun show and Internet sales,” which is a reference to the expansion of background checks that has eluded Democrats and Democrat surrogates like Gabby Giffords and Mark Kelly since January 2013.
More idiocy on the next page:

And victims of drunk drivers should be able to sue auto manufacturers
No
And your victims, do they get to sue you?
What an idiot !!
shooting victims or there survivors should be able to sue “law makers ” for making a law that criminals don’t follow
How about the victims in Haiti? Why don’t you pay them back what was theirs!
She will make every effort to negate the 2nd Amendment!
Car accident victims should be able to sue car company s
I had a friend killed in a DUI accident. Can I sue Chrysler?
Hillary needs to read this: The Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) is a United States law which protects firearms manufacturers and dealers from being held liable when crimes have been committed with their products. However, both manufacturers and dealers can still be held liable for damages resulting from defective products, breach of contract, criminal misconduct, and other actions for which they are directly responsible in much the same manner that any U.S. based manufacturer of consumer products is held responsible. They may also be held liable for negligence when they have reason to know a gun is intended for use in a crime.
The PLCAA is codified at 15 U.S.C. §§ 7901-7903.
