In the wake of the attack on Umpqua Community College (UCC) Hillary Clinton is pushing new regulations on gun shows and a change in laws allowing shooting victims and their families to sue gun manufacturers.

Clinton said she would propose “[tightening] rules governing gun show and Internet sales,” which is a reference to the expansion of background checks that has eluded Democrats and Democrat surrogates like Gabby Giffords and Mark Kelly since January 2013.

And DUI victims should be able to sue the beer, wine and liquor companies along with the car manufacturers. That will raise the price of cars, beer, wine and liquor and make lots of lawyers rich.
So if someone is killed with a knife, screwdriver, hammer, hit and run driver etc… we should be able to sue all the companies that make the TOOLS that were used to kill? Then overweight people should be able to sue companies than make junk food, if you get hit by a drunk driver sue the bar or alcohol maker, victim of stupid laws the goverment.
