Wow, she is an idiot. The real & hard problem, is dealing with the Mentally ill, that, up until the 50’s, were put in institutions. Instead of making, these places, better, we closed them. It used to, only take three, people, to report, someone, was acting psychotic. If the Dr.’s found it to be true. Life long care, away from endangering the public, was decided.
