A new Gallup poll shows that 50% of American citizens view the federal government as a threat to their rights and freedoms. Most will assume that the other 50% are liberals, but that’s still an impressive percentage. This is a significant rise since 2003, when less than a third of Americans saw the government as a threat to their rights. However, if the past few years have shown anything, it’s that the people are right to feel that way.

The American people are patient, most often too patient. The last time Americans woke up we kicked the snot out of two foreign armies 911, the time before that we nuked a foreign enemy pearl harbor, our very own government lies and scams and steals from us yet keeps us mostly comfortable knowing fool well if we ever do war and realize our worst enemy today is right here in Washington it’s going to be ugly. Do not awaken the sleeping giant a third time lest you pay the price,,, to our puppet politicians!
I, for one, always thought that if we don’t like the direction things are going, we change it with elections. Obama timed everything perfectly. I cannot believe he was elected twice. The only thing I fear is that we will be in a police state come election time.
