On July 15th the House Homeland Security Committee unanimously approved highly controversial legistlation that gives FEMA and DHS far more power to roundup Americans they deem as potentially violent extremists.
It creates a new Office for Countering Violent Extremism, or CVE, within DHS under the pretense of preventing Americans from becoming radicalized by extremist groups.
“In the face of mounting threats, our government is doing far too little to counter violent extremism here in the United States,” stated Chairman Michael McCaul (R-Texas), the bill’s main sponsor. “Whether it is the long reach of international terrorists into our communities or the homegrown hate spread by domestic extremist groups, we are ill-equipped to prevent Americans from being recruited by dangerous fanatics.”

I hope they get all the right wing extremists – they cause terror upon the land 🙁
You fool..You Obama loving sheeple will be the first to go..Thats a guarantee
Fema camps are there if a nuclear war happens
Has anyone noticed, there is slowly less and less homeless people.. Don’t get me wrong, there is still a lot, but keep a eye on this.. I believe the homeless is the FEMA Camps first Customers..
And by “extremist,” they mean anyone who believes in the Bible, the Cons$#%&!@*ution and owns a gun.
I can think of a lot of criminal types that belong there. Criminal immigrants, muslim extremists, radicals.
So the fear is that the government is going to put us in camps? Most of the servicemen who would carry this out would be friends or family members. That’s never going to fly. Our military would refuse. It’s one thing to create fear but in reality it’s never going to play out. We would turn on the government in a heartbeat. Too many guns here and too many checks and balances. That’s why we will always be free. I think most posting here would rather die before our government put them in a camp

before we can destroy these camps, they must first actually exist
That’s some interesting reading..and definitely needs to be researched…But…I am interested in the comment that Jade Helm is a “m$#%&!@*ive exercise.” I’d love to know what they mean by m$#%&!@*ive…In terms of troops…it’s a tiny exercise. There are around 4,000 troops participating. By comparison…RimPAC, an annual exercise in Hawaii has had up to 22,000 troops from 25 countries….Bold Alligator in Florida has had close to 15,000 troops from 19 countries.
