Our constitution was effectively re-written once again this week, as a group of liberal judges on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals decided that the right to gun ownership in public is not protected by the constitution. It makes one wonder, if judges think that the ability to carry a gun isn’t a constitutional right, what does the Second Amendment protect?
This ruling is further proof of the dire need this country has for conservative judge appointments, and no sitting Governor seems more aware of this than Texas Governor Greg Abbott.
In a tweet attacking the senseless conceal carry decision, Abbott leveled a clear threat, “come and get it.”
Unfortunately for the Governor, state executives and legislators are being stripped of their rights to create and enforce the laws in their own states. Instead, activist judges have decided to grant themselves lawmaking power in order to push their personal agendas.

all we got to do his gang up in hopper the judges more money than they are getting new to go our way

Gary Johnson is rated very high by the Gun Lobby , big on the 2nd amendment , worth a look
Constitutional Carry as Opposed to Open Carry or Concealed Carry is what is needed in this Country. Many do so every day as an act of Civil Disobedience. Ask youself how the exercising of a Right EVER became a Crime? Who is the Victim? Was anyone Wronged? Was it Fear Mongering that made this hapen or an over-reaching legislature? Whatever the reason, Constitutional Carry (The Carrying of a weapon in any manner, whether open or concealed, that is in adherence to the intent and spirit of the 2nd Amendment and the Right to Life) Should become the New Normal in America. Freedom and Liberty should go hand in hand with Personal Responsibility. This does not mean that a person has a right to run amuck firing his weapon indescriminately. It means that Law-Abiding Citizens will no longer live in fear of being put in a cage or killed by overzealous agents of the government simply because they are exercising a RIGHT. Not a privilege. No License or Permit Needed. No Special Dispensation from ANY Level of Government. THAT is True Freedom, People.
The problem starts when you allow a “DEBATE” over a RIGHT. There is no debate. They are wrong. Trying to have a dialogue with an unreasonable person and THEIR FALSE PREMISE is Insane. I have a RIGHT, Gifted to ME By My Creator, to LIFE. I have a RIGHT to PREVENT Anyone from taking my life. PERIOD. There is No Discussion about that. It is a UNIVERSAL TRUTH. Typical of the Average Republican. “Find Common Ground” “Open a conversation” “Discuss the merits of both points of view”.. C’mon People! If some Nutcake wanted to debate that you do not have a right to speak in public, or wear a pair of jeans on a thursday, you would call that person a lunatic or nutball. If someone said that the police can enter your house whenever they want, people would be up in arms. (Pun Intended) But a nutcake says they don’t believe that an individual has a RIGHT to self preservation by using a gun to defend oneself? THAT IS ABSOLUTELY RETARDED. Misguided. Uninformed. Uneducated. Ignorant to the Nth Degree. YOU DO NOT DEBATE A TRUTH. YOU DO NOT GIVE THE MORAL HIGH GROUND TO THE LEFTIST ANTI-FREEDOM SCUMBAGS. THIS IS ALWAYS ABOUT CONTROL. There is No permit Needed to Exercise a Right. I do not Need a License to Speak nor permission from ANY level of Government to Exercise my Rights, Freedoms, or Liberties. That is the STATEMENT. It is NOT OPEN FOR DEBATE. And for the Idiots that want to throw the Red Herring about Atomic Bombs, Tanks and Fully Automatic Rifles, PLEASE READ THE HISTORICAL DOCUMENTS THAT STATE THE INTENT AND NECESSITY OF ENUMERATING THIS RIGHT.
Thanks Governor for speaking out against the absurdity of the Texas Courts.
