The State of Georgia has filed a lawsuit against the owner of the website Public.Resource.org for – brace yourself – publishing state laws online.
Within the lawsuit, Carl Malamud is being labeled a ‘terrorist’ by the state of Georgia for posting an annotated version of the entire state body of law.
Under what guise is Georgia suing? This gets even more offensive…

There was a woman who defended herself in court years ago who won her case against seasoned attorneys who didn’t even know the law she defended herself with. She received the information from the public library in that said town. That book disappeared once “they” found out which book it was in. Just a heads up.
