This video details how to make a super-efficient water heater thermo siphoning process. Not only are all the parts he uses cheap or free discards, the project does not need electricity or solar power.
To match this video you will need:
Copper Tubing
Stove Pipe
Water heater
Valves
And of course, water and something to burn.
See the process video after the break and then get started on your own source of endless hot water:
Great idea
Mexicans will steal that copper from you in a heartbeat.
Anything with a chimney for dumping waste heat/combustion by products can potentially be tapped. A bit of ingenuity can offset your utility payout.
I have sold three or four hot water heaters from the early 1900’s built with the copper tubing that attached to the old wood fired kitchen stove
very nice but he forgot one thing
yes but he forgot this, Mike Davlantes
Its a basic heat exchanger that is normally installed on a ac condensing unit to use the heat transfer to get the most of their $ a lot in FL
“Thermo siphoning”…umm, dude, it is called a heat exchanger, and the design you stole has been used literally, without exaggeration, for over 150 years. In fact, I have a RheemTube water heater with this design from 1850. It is fired on whatever ya got.
I could heat my house on junk mail if I had the right boiler
Or you could do a solar heating water device(which uses zero fuel or electricity, aside from the sun)
